How can I make a reservation?

You can book your stay directly with us, without intermediaries, and guarantee the best conditions. Through our online booking system, all you have to do is follow the instructions suggested by the programme and complete your booking in a few minutes. Bookings are handled by the Simplebooking system, which we have chosen for transaction security and the protection of sensitive data. If you do not want to book online, or if you have special needs or requests, you can call our Reservations Office at 041968017, or send an email to reservation@hotelcadivalle.it.

What can I do if there are no rooms available on the dates I am interested in?

If you do not find availability on the dates you are looking for, please send us an email to reservation@hotelcadivalle.it or call 041968017. Availability may not always update in real time on the booking portals.

A credit card number is required to make a reservation. What is this for?

The credit card is instrumental in confirming the reservation and is used as a guarantee of the reservation under the terms of our cancellation policy. If you choose a NON REFUNDABLE rate, the amount of the reservation will be withdrawn from the credit card provided upon confirmation of the reservation. If you choose a rate with free cancellation, by a certain date, Hotel Ca’ di Valle reserves the right to make a pre-authorization, generally of the amount of the first night, on the credit card provided, to verify its validity. Please note that the pre-authorisation is not a final charge.

Is tourist tax included in my booking?

No. Tourist tax, commonly referred to as tax, is always excluded and is indicated separately from the accommodation rate. Payment of tourist tax is required in cash on arrival at the hotel. Tourist tax is charged for stays from 1 May to 30 September. The rates per person per day, currently in force, are: accommodation in room at the 4-star Hotel Ca’ di Valle Euro 1.15, accommodation in Apartment Euro 0.85, accommodation in Dependance Hotel Cavallino Bianco 3 stars Euro 0.95. The amounts of the tourist tax are established by the Municipality of Cavallino Treporti and may be subject to change, not depending on our will.

The following are EXEMPTED: Children under the age of 12, organised groups of at least 14 people, volunteers for social work and events, bus drivers, tour leaders, people staying for work reasons, members of the police force and fire brigade, residents of the Municipality of Cavallino Treporti, students doing internships or apprenticeships at the accommodation facilities.

What are the cancellation policies?

We must distinguish FREE CANCELLATION bookings and NON-REFUNDABLE bookings.

Reservations with FREE CANCELLATION are cancelled free of charge if made at least 7 days before the check-in date (unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking). If you have made a partial or full payment and cancel your booking within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the amount paid will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation in less than 7 days, late arrivals or early departures, not communicated within the 7 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

NON REFUNDABLE bookings, due to the special economic conditions we reserve for these offers, will not be refunded.

How can we pay for the reservation?

Payment for your stay is required upon arrival at the hotel.

We accept cash, debit card and major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payments by bank transfer must reach us at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2 p.m. while check-out is required by 11 a.m. You can take advantage of early check-in and/or late check-out by forwarding your request to our Reception at 041-968017 or by sending an e-mail to reservation@hotelcadivalle.it which will provide you with the best solution for you according to availability.

I will arrive in Cavallino before 2 p.m. Can I leave my luggage in storage and come back later for check-in?

Of course, we offer free luggage storage services that you can use both on the day of your arrival and on the day of your departure if you want to leave after check-out time.

I will arrive very late, after reception opening hours, what can I do?

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., please mention this when making your reservation and we will provide you with instructions on how to enter the hotel.

I will arrive by car, where can I park?

You can park your car or motorbike in the outdoor car park or in our hotel’s underground garage. Vans or large vehicles can be parked in the numerous car parks, also free of charge, in the vicinity of the hotel.

I travel with my personal bicycle. Is there somewhere I can store it?

Of course. We have a locked bicycle storage room.

Do I find bicycles for hire at the hotel?

The hotel provides its guests with bicycles free of charge. In the summertime, a few dozen metres from the hotel, there is a Bike Rental where you can rent rickshaws, tandems, and eBikes.

I will arrive by plane. What is the best way to get to the hotel?

From Marco Polo Airport or Treviso Airport, the most convenient way to reach the Hotel is to book the transfer service, directly at our Reservations Office, by calling 041-968017, or by sending an email request to reservation@hotelcadivalle.it and mentioning this when making your reservation. A cheaper solution is by bus, departing from both Marco Polo and Treviso airports, changing at Jesolo, and arriving in Cavallino. The bus stop is right in front of our hotel. Bus timetables vary depending on the summer or winter season; you can request information by calling our Reception on 041 968017, who will be able to advise you on the best solution for your needs.

I will arrive by train in Venezia Mestre. What is the best way to reach the hotel?

From the Venezia Mestre railway station, the most convenient way to reach the Hotel is to book the transfer service, directly at our Reservations Office, by calling 041-968017, or by sending an email request to reservation@hotelcadivalle.it and mentioning this when making your reservation. A cheaper solution is the bus service, with a change in Jesolo and arrival in Cavallino Treporti. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Bus timetables vary depending on the summer or winter season; you can request information by calling our Reception on 041 968017, who will be able to advise you on the best solution for your needs.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is included, except for bookings of Only Rooms, Apartments, Rooms with Kitchen, and where not expressly indicated. If it is not included in the booking you have chosen, you can always request it on site, for a fee. Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Room service is available on request so that you can have breakfast in your room at the time you prefer. If you have any food intolerances or specific requests, please let us know when you make your reservation; we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you accept animals?

Four-legged friends are welcome at Hotel Ca’ di Valle. It is necessary to mention this when booking. In common areas they must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier. They are not allowed in the indoor Restaurant Hall. Find out more in the PET FRIENDLY section.

Is smoking allowed inside the rooms?

All rooms and common areas are NON-SMOKING, with the exception of the terraces.

How are linen change and cleaning services performed?

If you stay in one of Hotel Ca’ di Valle’s rooms, your room rate includes daily cleaning and a change of linen every 3 days, according to our eco-friendly programme. If you would like your linen changed at a different frequency, you can always inform our Reception.

If you are staying in an Apartment or in a Room with Kitchen in our Dependance, the cleaning and linen change will vary depending on the type of booking you have chosen. When booking, you will always receive details of what is included.

How can I get back to my room late at night when I feel like it?

With your room key-card, you can open the back door that we will show you on arrival. In this way you can return at any time of the night, in total autonomy.
