In addition, there are also Venetian recipes, such as pasta and beans with codega (pork rind), Venetian-style risotto and bigoli in salsa (whole-wheat spaghetti with anchovy sauce). The wine cellar offers a representative selection of local wines, in addition to an excellent choice of Tuscan and Piedmontese labels.

The hotel's meeting room is equipped for conferences, presentations or other events. Set up theater-style, it seat 35 persons and its equipment includes an overhead projector, easel with pad, video system with DVD player and Internet connection. Upon request, the hotel can organize lunches, receptions and coffee breaks supported, if necessary by the restaurant, lounge bar and the lovely hotel-apartment swimming pool.
